Highland Partnership Network

Founded in 2018, Highland Partnership Network (HPN) began as a grassroots effort to bring people together around a shared vision of a stronger, more connected Highlands community. Local residents, organizations, businesses, and community leaders joined forces to identify needs, build partnerships, and create opportunities that would improve the quality of life for everyone.

As HPN grew, so did our vision. What began as a community network has evolved into an organization that develops and delivers innovative educational, youth development, and community programs designed to create lasting impact. Through collaborative partnerships, we connect people, resources, and ideas to expand opportunities for young people and strengthen the communities we serve.

Today, HPN is committed to empowering youth, supporting families, and fostering collaboration throughout Allegheny County while remaining deeply rooted in the Highlands community where our journey began. Whether through out-of-school learning, leadership development, community initiatives, or strategic partnerships, our mission remains the same: bringing people together to create opportunities that help communities thrive.
