In October 2018, the Highlands Partnership Network (HPN) embarked on a journey to uplift the community for all residents of the Highlands area. Recognizing a pressing need for revitalization, opportunity, and personal growth, community members came together with a shared purpose. HPN has emerged as a powerful collaborative platform for stakeholders within the Highlands School District to ignite and contribute to initiatives that enhance our neighborhoods' well-being and quality of life.

Through our collective efforts and collaborative projects, we are forging a stronger, more connected community that embraces the diverse needs of its residents. Together, we aspire to create a lasting positive impact that uplifts everyone in the Highlands School District. HPN passionately focuses on community empowerment, wellness, and connections in its community action planning and implementation. We present civic initiatives and opportunities by engaging and activating volunteers, connecting resources to projects, and keeping the community informed.
